• ko-fi commisions

upon commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:
- commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE only, unless otherwise discussed.
- clients will be given updates for the sketch, lines, and final render stage. updates will be given via ko-fi messaging.
- up to 2 major revisions are allowed. this includes changing the character pose entirely, adding extra props not in the original request, different outfits, etc.
- fixing missed character details, anatomy, or other details requested in the original commission does not count towards the revision limit.
- whole payment is upfront, no refunds UNLESS the commission has not been started yet. if the client has already received a sketch, a refund CANNOT be issued.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission request I am uncomfortable on working on.
- training my work for any generative AI/AI model/NFTs is prohibited.
